La mia recensione la dedico al personale molto gentile e professionale, nonché alla Signora Filomena addetta alla colazione una donna simpatica e cortese, per la struttura ci sono molte cose da evidenziare ma mi limito a dire che l'albergo è in posizione strategica vicino al centro di Forio.

La disponibilità dell'albergo ci hanno lasciato la camera oltre l orario sena chiederci nulla.....grazie ancora facendo così ci avete regalato diciamo un altro giorno di vacanza......avevamo traghetto alle 17.00 e fino alle 13.00 siamo stati sdraiati nel meraviglioso mare

La posizione è molto bella. Le camere fronte mare offrono una vista sul tramonto e sulla baia. Comodo per raggiungere le terme di Poseidon anche a piedi e i giardini della mortella e Forio in 10 minuti in moto. Baia di Sorgeto e il borgo di Sant'Angelo in 15 minuti.

Un sacco di servizi proposti sul sito ma praticamente inutilizzabili. Per esempio piscine e terme interne inutilizzabili, campo da tennis inutilizzabile , ristorante pizzeria interno inesistente ascensore guasto, wifi guasto frigo bar in camera sporco e non funzionante. Peccato perché ci hanno raccontato i locali , del glorioso passato del Gattopardo purtroppo trascurato e trasandato. La titolare una figura tetra e poco conviviale che si aggira per l'hotel con fare misterioso. È un peccato.

«Ho trascorso una bella vacanza ma alcuni aspetti da migliorare»

La struttura è molto bella e grande ha molte potenzialità, la camera dove abbiamo alloggiato era bella e mobili nuovi, lo staff è gentile e disponibile.

La struttura ha grandi potenzialità ma va rinnovata e soprattutto va aumentato l’igiene ho soggiornato per 6 notti e non mi sono mai state cambiate le lenzuola, ho richiesto il letto matrimoniale e ho avuto 2 letti singoli uniti, alla piscina dovrebbe essere cambiato il pavimento che si è usurato

«Hotel non corrispondente alla descrizione»

Le dimensioni della struttura, veramente grande; la terrazza da cui si può godere di una bellissima vista mare; le camere corrispondono alla descrizione, niente di esaltante ma con i servizi minimi garantiti. La vicinanza al mare, che però si può raggiungere a piedi con una strada tutta in discesa all'andata che diventa scomoda al ritorno, soprattutto per persone anziane.

Tutto veramente deludente, non sono solita fare recensioni negative perché mi dispiace non parlare bene del lavoro altrui ma a tutto c'è un limite. Ho dato 5 per questo motivo, ma onestamente ciò che l'hotel offre, soprattutto per il prezzo richiesto, sarebbe anche da 4. La struttura non corrisponde alle foto presenti su Booking. Non aspettatevi 4 piscine all'aperto utilizzabili, perché quelle pulite sono solo due. Le altre presentano acqua dal verde al marrone, infatti erano sempre vuote. Inesistente la spa interna. Le piscine al chiuso sono vuote e la spa è inutilizzabile. Non viene chiusa, ma poco cambierebbe perché è tutto spento. Ci sono campi sportivi, ma anche quelli lasciati andare. Non parliamo poi della colazione. L'hotel su Booking si presenta come un 4 stelle, ma la colazione è al massimo da 2. Si sente che sono prodotti confezionati e comunque tutto ridotto al minimo. Un paio di torte, dei cornetti, uova sode, frutta poca, prosciutto e formaggio per i toast. Il problema è che il salato finisce subito, il personale che aiuta in sala è composto, oltre alla signora dietro al bancone, dal signore che si occupa della reception e dalla signora che fa le camere. Che devono svuotare continuamente i tavoli della colazione e contemporaneamente riempire il bancone colazione. È ovvio che essendo solo due si creano code e attese. Una mattina mancavano i piatti e la proprietaria mi ha detto di prenderne uno su cui c'era un avanzo di prosciutto dicendomi "ma sì sono i pezzi che cadono agli altri mentre lo prendono". Non aggiungo altro... Tutto ciò non è assolutamente un servizio da 4 stelle. Si vede che la struttura è stata una gran bella struttura, ma ora è lasciata andare. Il problema è che il prezzo non è economico. Ma lo si accetterebbe se la struttura corrispondesse alla descrizione. Ad oggi, così non è. Se uno decide di passare tutte le vacanze che ha in questa struttura, non torna a casa felice e rilassato.

Il servizio, le pulizie lasciavano un po' a desiderare. La mancanza del Wi-fi e l'assenza di cibo a pranzo e a cena . Sembrava un bread and breakfast. Bisogna aggiornare un po' il sito .

«Per niente soddisfacente.»

La posizione e l’ottima vista.

I servizi elencati sono molto scadenti, piscine coperte totalmente trascurate e fatiscenti, jacuzzi addirittura vuota e arrugginita, le piscine esterne poco curate, potrebbero essere MOOOOLTO, più pulite, per non parlare delle vasche che contengono acqua termale, le quali mattonelle ormai hanno i muschi. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia della struttura interna, ci sono capelli e polvere ovunque, la biancheria in 5 giorni di soggiorno non è mai stata cambiata, il bagno era pessimo, rubinetteria incrostata, asciugacapelli degli anni 70 e mal funzionante, non veniva rimpiazzata nemmeno la carta igienica. Per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo quanto meno pulizia. Il buffet della colazione, era misero, il servizio pessimo, d’altronde c’era una sola signora a gestirlo, che doveva dedicarsi al bar e al rimpiazzo delle cose mancanti, persino succhi e acqua erano serviti caldi. La struttura se curata avrebbe un ottimo potenziale, sia per posizione, che per estetica, ma purtroppo è quasi abbandonata a se stessa. Ero andata convinta di dovermi spostare solo qualche volta avendo tutti i servizi elencanti a disposizione, invece sono passata lì veramente solo per dormire.

La camera un po' datata. Con i bagni da rifare. La camera non molto pulita . Struttura un po' trascurata anche perché ha tutti i propositi per essere un eccellente hotel.

«Un po’ deludente :(»

Lo staff carinissimo e gentile , la struttura è abbastanza centrale , noi ci siamo spostati in motorino in modo molto semplice.

Le foto su Booking sono a mio parere un po’ vecchie , il bagno era malandato, troppo calcare, l’acqua della doccia aveva una pressione lenta, non c’era la cabina, ma solo una tendina che si attaccava addosso, ma che ho chiuso lo stesso per non allagare il bagno. Non ho trovato il tappeto da mettere a terra e mi è dispiaciuto dover mettere un asciugamano perchè mi rendo conto del lavoro che c’è dietro per tenerli puliti. Il letto matrimoniale era fatto da due lettini attaccati. Dalle foto c’è una terrazza bellissima, avevo immaginato di trascorrere lì del tempo, facendo un aperitivo, ma quando sono salita i lettini di legno erano sprovvisti di materassi e copertura (quindi non agibili). Peccato perchè nel complesso la struttura è bella. Colazione semplice e buona.

Lage war okay, Parkplatz vorhanden. Zimmerwechsel hat die grundsätzlichen Probleme nicht beseitigt.

Das etwas ältere Hotel versprüht den zwar bereits vergehenden, aber immer noch spür- und sichtbaren Charme vergangener Glanzzeiten. Ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und Sonnenuntergang ist nicht zu übertreffen. Großer Wohlfühlfaktor. Die Lage ist fantastisch, Meer mit Restaurants vor der Tür, die Stadt für Spazierliebhaber auf schönen Wegen am Wasser oder durch die Gassen leicht zu erreichen.

„Horror Unterkunft

Es ist eine Zumutung dieses Hotel überhaupt zu werben.Es entspricht nicht dem was im Internet beworben wird. Im Gegenteil, so was von verdreckt, alt , verostet. Die komplette Anlage ist sehr runter gekommen anscheinend wird da kein Wert mehr drauf gelegt. Schade, das Hotel war mal bestimmt zur Zeiten sehr schön gewesen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältniss: "Ein Raub ohne Waffen" im warsten Sinne das Wortes.

„Es war ein schöner Urlaub

Die Lage war super, Frühstück war gut, alles sauber. Es wurde täglich gereinigt und Handtücher getauscht.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen was überall zu sehen ist. Die Dusche muss dringend erneuert werden, vor allem die Duschwände, auch die Toilette bräuchte mal eine neue Brille.

Der Balkon mit der grandiosen Aussicht und die Massagen waren super

Der fehlende Service. Der Pool wurde erst in der 2. Woche gefüllt. Die Anlage selbst wird völlig vernachlässigt. Verrostete Stühle, alte vergammelte Holzliegen, die eigene Therme wurde abgeschafft, es gab keine Fangoanwendungen mehr. Hilfe beim Koffertransport ins Zimmer gab es nicht. Die schöne Bar war nie besetzt und auch der Poolservice war nur durch den Rezeptionisten verfügbar. Die Zimmer waren sauber aber völlig heruntergekommen. Die Entfernungsangaben stimmen gar nicht. Nach Forio sind es nicht 700 m sondern 2,2 km. Es gibt in der Nähe eine Busstation aber die Busse kommen nicht regelmäßig. Es wurde abends ein Dreigangmenue für 30 Euro angeboten, was wirklich nicht gut war (Mikrowelle). In der direkten Umgebung gibt es keine Lokale. Ein längerer Fußweg ist nötig. Fazit: Die angegebenen 4 Sterne stimmen nicht.
